With Unite Self Service, access all the services available from service providers within the United Nations Secretariat and raise service requests for them. Retrieve a request among all your past requests submitted with these service providers to access the latest status, approvals, activities, work orders, etc. If urgent assistance is needed, contact directly the agent currently working on your service request or escalate the same with the manager on duty.

Unite Self Service is 24/7 accessible to anyone that does business with the United Nations and that has an active Unite Identity account.
